Delivery of my Product

We understand that sometimes the excitement and wait can be excruciating; however we would like to assure you that we will do our utmost to dispatch your item immediately.
Your win will be processed as soon as payment is made, then the winning item will be sent to you or if you prefer you can come and collect your win from us free of charge.

How long will delivery take?

Your product will arrive between three to five working days from the date you have purchased the item and after payment get confirmed or from the date you win the item on auction.

How will you deliver?

Your product/service will arrive with SKYCOM Courier Company. All deliveries require signature on delivery.

Will I be charged for the delivery?

Yes, all products delivered in UAE and Overseas will be charged by the SKYCOM Courier Company (excluding Premium Members), Please see the Delivery Charges Table for the price list.

Can I track my product?

Yes, please contact our customer services for your tracking number. Tracking numbers for your item can be requested after dispatch of your product
