Simmtronics Launches Affordable XPad Tablet in Dubai
Tablet Computers are becoming increasingly common in the world as there seems to be no limit to its uses for people on the move.

Running the latest Android 4.0 Ice-Cream Sandwich operating system the tablet also boasts a calling function as well as a 1080p high definition display that brings movies and games to life in glorious HD.
It also supports 3G connectivity and a 1 GHz processor to allow for smooth multitasking.
The 7-inch version is the cheapest available with larger screen sizes up to 10-inches also available.
Simmtronics has also incorporated USB and HDMI ports to the tablet allowing users complete flexibility to attach various external devices from printers to high-definition screens.
This is a brilliant piece of technology and Indrajit Sabharwal, Chairman and Managing Director of Simmtronics, claimed that advances in technology allowed them to lower costs but also incorporate some of the latest technologies to the device.
Speaking at the launch press conference he said:
“By launching the XPad in the UAE, we believe in taking the tablet revolution to as many people as possible.”
Adding further he said:
“The multi-touch XPad has already been acknowledged as a formidable companion – whether for businesspersons on the go or for gamers requiring quality graphics for their entertainment or for those seeking to enjoy high-quality entertainment.”
Sharaf Electronics in Dubai has been named the exclusive distributor in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) for the tablet.
Sabharwal also said that the company plans to unveil a new tablet built exclusively for the UAE and Middle East market.
Tech enthusiasts will get to check out the new tablet when Dubai hosts the Gulf Information Technology Exhibition (GITEX), the region’s biggest technology exhibition in October.
